These are words of gratitude we often hear. They foster a profound sense of pride and accomplishment, and ultimately, encompass our mission. A child being diagnosed with a critical illness is one of the most difficult situations a family can find themselves in. Suddenly, their world spins off its axis.
Chai Lifeline Canada is an emergency response team for families hurled into the chaos of pediatric illness. Our main focus is ensuring that a child gets to continue being a child. We deliver tangible assistance with the day-to-day logistics. We take over the duties that, due to the dramatically changed, unforeseen circumstances, have suddenly become impossible for parents to manage.
We relieve some of the overwhelming pressure off of parents by providing assistance with transportation to medical appointments and giving quality care and supervision for siblings. Additionally, our organization heals the broken spirits. Directly, by our compassionate, high-trained team and through key community networks and programs, we restore hope and mend the will.
The emotional and social support that Chai Lifeline gives, changes lives. Our programs and services are always at no cost to the children and families we serve. Chai Lifeline operates from the generosity of people like you. It’s your contributions that permit us to be there when families need us the most. We’re deeply grateful for the privilege to get to do what we do.
Your donations are the silent champion, and we thank you for your continued support.
