Gaming for Life is a new initiative from Chai Lifeline Canada, helping support Chai’s important mission through the power of video games.
CHAI SMASH KUP!
Join your Westmount Secondary School friends and prove who is the ultimate Smash Brother at the Chai Smash Kup!
Organized by the Video Game Club for all Westmount Secondary students, the week-long event will run during lunch periods at the school starting on March 7, 2022. It will culminate in an exciting final bracket event on March 11, 2022!
Prizes will be awarded to the first, second and third place winners, with the grand prize being an Xbox Series S! More information about the prizes can be found below.
This tournament is running in support of Chai Lifeline Canada, through both donations and raising awareness. You can learn more about what donating to the Chai Smash Kup does for both you and them below.
The tournament is also sponsored by Soulber. More information on them can be found below.
- All donations go directly to Chai Lifeline Canada, a non-profit organization that provides support and services to children and families impacted by life-threatening or life-long illness. Learn more about them here.
- If we reach our fundraising goal of $1000, the current Grand Prize – an Xbox Series S – will level up and become an Xbox Series X!
- Every donation will be matched by Soulber and our other sponsors up to $1000. That means if we raise $1000, Chai Lifeline Canada gets $2000!
So please consider donating – not only will this support an amazing cause, the pot will be even sweeter come game day!
About Chai Lifeline Canada
Since our inception in 2006, Chai Lifeline Canada has provided support to thousands of children who are battling a pediatric illness and to families who are affected by illness. With your support, we are providing critical care, compassion, programs and services to our most vulnerable. We offer a myriad of support programs to our families and help ensure they are cared for and not alone during their difficult journey.
Soulber provides support and guidance for recovering addicts by creating a platform that allows them and their families to hold them accountable for their sobriety and reintegrate into society.

Gaming for Life is made of many parts: our charity partnerships with gaming organizations like Yeshiva Esports, our goal of helping Twitch streamers raise money for our cause on their own platforms, and most importantly, our own Twitch channel, Gaming for Life.
Through fun and laughter for both kids and parents, or anyone who enjoys a good time, the Gaming for Life Twitch channel provides hours of streaming entertainment, playing all the games you love among a caring community. The best part is that all the money earned by the channel goes directly to Chai Lifeline Canada!
