Chai Lifeline Canada is seeking a Office Manager to oversee logistical functions of our office as our team expands. Powered by donors and volunteers, Chai Lifeline Canada has been able to help thousands of families over the last decade and we’re just starting!
Your excited to come to Chai and help in any way that you can! You’re a highly motivated, results and team-oriented professional able to take full responsibility for the smooth running of our operations and organization ensuring that our clients needs are being met. .You have experience in handling a wide range of relationship-oriented activities from administrative, to IT support, and all with a smile on your face. We’re a small office and we all help each other as needed throughout the day and throughout the year. You thrive on taking on extra responsibilities and helping however you can.
This position will suit you if you are extremely organized, have strong attention to detail, are self-driven, comfortable wearing many hats, outgoing/social, can multitask, prioritize, and can work within the team or independently with minimum supervision.
