Marky was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of leukemia when he was only 3 years old. He fought through 3 years of harsh treatments, multiple relapses, countless complications, a bone marrow transplant and finally, lifesaving CAR-T cell therapy. Throughout all of his years of treatment, Chai Lifeline was by our side, always showing up with a smile and an armful of treats and surprises. I am honoured to be speaking at the Play for the Kids event to share Marky's story. It will be a fabulous evening, combining two of my favorite things - Mahj & Chai Lifeline!
