Wolfgang Puck has changed the way chefs cook and we eat by combining classic French techniques with California and Asian influences, as well as the freshest and finest ingredients. He has also changed the face of dining with restaurants in Los Angeles, Las Vegas (Spago) and across the U.S. His restaurants are now located in cities around the globe, like London and Singapore, just to mention a few.
