Legacy Giving
A legacy gift is a gift to a charity or non-profit organization in your last will and testament or another estate planning mechanism. Legacy gifts play a key role in supporting charitable organizations, yet many people don’t know that they are an option, how they are paid out, or the tax benefits of these gifts
Chai Lifeline Canada offers multiple opportunities to ensure the ongoing financial stability of Chai Lifeline in the future.
- Gifts of Life Insurance
- Gifts of Retirement Funds (RRSPs or RRIFs)
- Gifts of Stocks or Securities
- Bequests to Chai Lifeline in a Will

Give a Toy and share the Joy! While children are cooped up in a hospital room for months on end, they can begin to lose site of the end of their journey. When you send a toy or gift card to a sick child or their sibling, you send a message of compassion, hope and care.
Young Builders
The Young Builders program is geared towards young professionals and emerging philanthropists who are committed to Chai Lifeline Canada’s mission and eager to play a significant role in the growth of the organization.Â
Young Builders serve as ambassadors for Chai Lifeline Canada: they raise awareness within their communities, refer families in need of support programs or services, and promote the overall advancement of Chai Lifeline Canada. Utilizing their personal network, Young Builders are encouraged to recruit other prospective Young Builders and involve their friends and colleagues. Young Builders are offered unique and exclusive opportunities to Chai Lifeline Canada events throughout the year.
