Thank you for your interest in supporting Chai Lifeline Canada. Fundraising initiatives organized by community members and volunteers play an important role in helping us deliver critical programs and services to over 400 families. With limited staff and resources, most events outside our annual fundraising plan are considered third party initiatives.

Although we’re unable to manage or run these events ourselves, we’re happy to provide guidance and support throughout the process.

Third Party Event Guidelines

  • All events must reflect the values and mission of Chai Lifeline Canada.
  • All promotional materials must:
    • Clearly state the percentage of proceeds that will be donated to Chai Lifeline Canada.
    • Be reviewed and approved by our staff prior to use.
  • Event dates must be approved in advance to avoid scheduling conflicts with other Chai Lifeline events or campaigns.
  • A list of potential sponsors must be submitted before any outreach begins to prevent overlap with existing partnerships or solicitations.
  • Chai Lifeline Canada:
    • Will not provide donor or sponsor lists.
    • Will not solicit sponsors on behalf of third party events.
  • Organizers are responsible for:
    • Securing all necessary permits, insurance, and liability waivers.
    • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, especially for raffles or athletic events.
  • Chai Lifeline Canada is not financially or legally responsible for the planning or execution of third party events.
  • Event proceeds must be submitted within 30 days of the event’s conclusion.

Once you’ve reviewed these guidelines and submitted your registration, our team will contact you to follow up.

Thank you for choosing to support Chai Lifeline Canada!
